Organic Stevia Extract(STV) is a high-purity natural sweetener extracted from the leaves of Stevia . Its main component is Steviol Glycosides.

Stevia is about 200 to 350 times sweeter than sucrose, but has almost zero calories, making it suitable for people who need to control their blood sugar. It can withstand high temperatures (up to 200°C) and acids and alkalis, and is suitable for processed foods such as baking and beverages. High-purity STV (such as Rebaudioside A or Reb A) has a pure sweet taste and less bitter aftertaste. Low-purity products may have a slight licorice flavor or a bitter taste.
