Xylo‐oligosaccharides(XOS) is a sort of functional polysaccharide composed by 2‐7 xylose(xylobiose, xylotriose, xylotetraose, xylopentose, xylohexose, xyloheptose) by β‐1,4 glycosidic bond.

Special properties
Ø Stimulate beneficial bacteria selectively.
Ø High stability against acid and heat(stable at pH 2.5~8, 120℃), which can cover the most processes for feed.
Ø Low effective dosage.
Ø Hardly decomposed by digestive enzyme and can reach the hind intestine to play the prebiotic function completely.
