Production process

Extract
Filtration: The extract is filtered to remove insoluble impurities and obtain a relatively clear filtrate.
Clarification: The filtrate can be further clarified by methods such as centrifugation and standing still to remove fine particles and suspended solids.
Chromatography
Concentration: Concentrate the solution after chromatography to remove the solvent and further increase the concentration of mogroside V.
Drying: Finally, methods such as spray drying or vacuum drying are adopted to dry the concentrated liquid into powder form, obtaining a product with a 25% content of mogroside V.
