Dextrose, sometimes we can call it Glucose,  it pure form is a colourless crystal, slightly sweet, soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol and insoluble in ether.

I. Production Process

Production of Monohydrate Dextrose relies heavily on hydrolyzing starch using double-enzyme hydrolysis technology - currently one of the most advanced and popular approaches.

Main raw materials: Corn, cassava, wheat and other crops with high starch content make up the main sources for raw materials.

Process Features: The double-enzyme method offers many advantages for sugar solutions production: high conversion rate, good purity of sugar solution, few byproducts produced and low costs.

Iii. Functions and Effects

1.Rapid Energy Replenishment: Glucose is the main energy source for living organisms and can be quickly and directly absorbed by the small intestine into blood, providing energy quickly to replenish energy reserves quickly, relieving fatigue and hypoglycemic symptoms - this is its core function.
2. Detoxification and liver protection: Within the liver, glucuronic acid metabolite of glucose acts to break down certain drugs and toxins into more soluble forms that are excreted through urine - providing detoxification benefits. For patients suffering from liver diseases, infusing glucose with infusion therapy can protect their organs further.
3.Replenish Body Fluids: To replenish body fluids, glucose and electrolytes are combined into oral rehydration salts or intravenous fluids and used to treat dehydration caused by diarrhea, vomiting or fever.
4.Sweeteners and fillers: Sweeteners can be used both as sweeteners in beverages and candy products as well as fillers and carriers in products like milk powder and solid beverages.

Storage should take place in containers with tight lids that meet food regulation sanitation conditions for dry food products.

Packaging options available are 25kg net per bag; normally 800kg on pallet; 16MT with pallet in a 20' FCL shipment.
